Request account deletion

Use this page to ask emPOWER to delete your login and associated personal data (sessions, devices, authenticator secrets, assistant chats, and notifications for this user).

Nothing is deleted when you submit this form. We email a confirmation link plus a one-time code. You must open that link, enter the code, re-enter your password, and (if MFA is on) your authenticator code — the same 2FA confirmation pattern used for destructive purge, not a silent wipe.

You can only delete your own account. Organization business records (invoices, bills, attendance, and similar workspace files) stay with your company. The last Super Admin of a workspace cannot self-delete until another Super Admin exists.
