Privacy

What we collect

• Account identity (name, email, optional phone) and organization membership.
• CRM business data you enter: leads, customers, notes, tasks, sales documents.
• Device identifiers needed for mobile auth / session security.
• Optional GPS at visit check-in when you choose to check in (Paid CRM / Full / BPG — not silent background tracking on CRM Sales Free).
• Contacts only when you explicitly import them into CRM.
• Microphone / audio for NOVAscribe when you start a recording or pick a file; Mode B upload is opt-in with a warning.

NOVAscribe & call audio

Default Mode A keeps audio on the device where possible; text summaries may use cloud processing when you request them. Mode B uploads are explicit. Call audio attach means OEM recordings or voice memos you select — not Accessibility / silent two-way cellular tap, and not a claim that we “record all calls.”

Retention & requests

Org admins control workspace data within product tools. For access / deletion / DPDP requests, use Support or email support@empowerapp.in. Children: product is not directed at minors.

Third parties

Payment processors when you purchase a paid plan; optional STT/LLM providers when Mode B or text summary features are used. See also Trust.
